White Pine

Andy on Long John Silver.

The snow wasn't that great on Long John Silver so we decided to do this line off of Red Baldy.

The hike was pretty brutal.

Last picture before my camera fried. So bummed about the camera right now. I don't know what I am going to do. Hence no pictures off our lines down Red Baldy.

Next time I head back there I am taking my split board and rallying this line!

Pfieifferhorn.

That hike looks insane. How long did it take and what the heck happened to your camera? You can't go without a camera man!

Hike for both runs took about 4 hours or so. Good news, my camera had one week left on the warranty, they replaced it with a new Canon G10. Back in action.

Forrest, what camera you shoot with?

I use to shoot only with a really small Canon Digital elph. It fit nicely in my pocket and took great pics. I then bought a Canon G9 powershot on ebay about a month ago, shot it a few times then it broke. The dude gave me the original reciept and it had two weeks left on the manufacturers warranty so they gave me a new Canon G10. Its bigger than the elph and heavier, but I can shoot full manual and in raw mode. However saying that I still use my small elph when I dont want to lug around the bigger camera.

Hilarious that you got a G9 on ebay and then exchaged it for a brand new G10. Sounds like a deal of the century!
