Packing

I got the yurt trip with the family this weekend in Logan Canyon. It should be a great family outing!! I am hoping 4 miles and 2000ft elevation gain will not kill them. The yurt sits at 8400ft. My biggest concern was a blizzard when I booked the thing. Usually March brings big dumps to the Wasatch, but this month and most of the winter has been a bust. It looks like I am going to have warm temps and plenty of sunshine. When everyone else is looking forward to spring, I am still hoping for a shot of winter. It would have been nice to ride some powder in the trees with the family.

The warm weather has been making me think about the bike some, but I usually dont ride much until the snow melts. I will try to do a few races again this year.
