Chance of precipitation is 90%. Total daytime snow accumulation of 3 to 5 inches possible.

Upper level system will push a cold front through the central Wasatch mountains around midday. As the front moves through anticipate that snow will develop and continue into the evening hours. The heaviest period of snowfall will be during the afternoon although do not anticipate particularly impressive snowfall rates. The snowfall will diminish by late evening with storm total snow water equivalent likely in the .30" to .50" range. After a break on Wednesday a weakening system will drop south into the state on Thursday bringing the potential for additional snow although this system looks like it will be rather weak.

At least it is something.
