Synopsis:...WINTER STORM WARNING FROM NOON TODAY THROUGH NOON THURSDAY... A moist Pacific storm system will impact the region beginning this afternoon, and continuing overnight and into the morning hours Thursday. The heaviest snowfall is expected during the overnight hours.

Remarks: Storm totals of 10 to 20 inches are expected by noon Thursday, with SWE in the 0.9 to 1.5 inch range.
