A prolonged period of northwest flow throughout the day combined with a moist and unstable airmass should yield heavy snow across the Cottonwoods.
Storm totals in excess of 2 feet expected by late tonight. Another storm system to impact the canyons late Saturday night through Sunday, with another round of heavy snow expected.
